With over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Pat has extensive knowledge and expertise in Recreational & Commercial Recreational Real Estate.
Pat is an outdoor enthusiast particularly with trout fishing, deer, duck, and bird hunting, hiking, canoeing, & camping. He was raised traveling with his family frequently making treks to Isle Royale, the Porcupine Mountains, and out West to participate in a variety of outdoor activities.
Pat lives in central Northern Michigan with his wife and dog. He has extensive experience in working with clients in buying and selling recreational property including fishing and hunting ranches, vacant land, lakefront, riverfront, and new construction.
Pat is additionally passionate about conservation and the respect of our beautiful state of Michigan.
Meet Rachelle Broker/Co-Owner
Rachelle lives in Northern Michigan with her husband and their dog. She often spends her leisure time trout fishing on the AuSable near her home as well as pan fishing in the numerous lakes that surround the area. She also enjoys an abundance of outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and the integration of writing and photography with these activities. Rachelle spent much of her childhood traveling to Northern Michigan for a wide variety of recreational activities.
With this background and these interests, Rachelle has a widespread understanding of the passion of buyers and sellers in the recreational & residential property industry. Residing in the heart of Northern Michigan where many people migrate to enjoy numerous outdoor activities, Rachelle is strategically placed to assist buyers and sellers with their needs.
